eBodyboarding.com has more cushion for the pushin !  Line the inside top of the foot pocket of your swimfins with plush 3mm neoprene.  Inside the package are 1 pair of neoprene pieces, glue, instructions and a template to help you cut them to fit almost any brand of bodyboarding or bodysurfing fins.  All you need are some sharp scissors and you ll be kicking in comfort for hours.  Note, be prepared to get stuck!
